I'm not usually a House fan, but

this is a beautiful composition, mate! Angelic vocal sample fits sweetly over the track, and all synths and bass and drums are nice and smooth!! :)

This brings me mental pictures of a calming sunrise after a dark period in life.

I dig that slow version of the melody, and Dub it rightly, as you do! ;)

The speed-up threw me off, though... XD Maybe because it seemed to come out of nowhere and wasn't smooth or gradual...?

Definitely keep that melody though, man, and I look forward to hearing a Dub version of it!! :)

Wonderful synths and pads...deep bass lines...what is that awesome talk-box-y synth?! it's badass! hehe ... those drops and delays are freakin nice! I'd suggest maybe try adding a roll/fade-up to them, just for more 'rise and fall'/'oomph' factor...?
